Youths booked in counter case

Kalamna police booked a group of youths for attempting kill other youths over a petty issue. The injured are under taking treatment in hospital. However, a counter case was also register in this regard.

According to information, Vilas alias Golu Jagatmal Baronde (21), his brother Pradeep Baronde (27), their friend Kishor Ukunde went to Sanjay Sarode’s paan kiosk near Bazar Square, Shyam Nagar on Sunday at around 10.30 pm. They asked to join the accused who were playing cards. The accused Sanjay Sarode, Vicky Sarode, Maroti Nandanwar, Sanju Nandanwar, refused them. The complainant Golu, a resident of Shyam Nagar, Bazar Square, started using foul language against them. Enraged hearing the foul language, the accused, all residents of Shyam Nagar, Bazar Square, took out knife and attacked them. Golu, Pradip and Kishor were seriously injured in the attack. They were taken to Tarangan Hospital for treatment. Kalamna police registered a case under Sections 307, 323, 324, 504, and 34 read with sub sections 4+25 of the IPC and 135 of Mumbai Police Act.

Similarly, in a counter case, Sanju Maroti Nandanwar (23), a resident of Shyam Nagar, Bazar Square, lodged a complaint with Kalamna Police against Kishor Ukunde, Vilas alias Golu Baronde, Pradip Baronde, Akash Sahare, all residents of Shyam Nagar for using foul language and hitting him and his father. According to information, the accused used indecent language and attacked Sanju and his father with a wooden stick when they refused them to join in the cards’ game. Kalamna police registered a case under Sections 324, 323, 504, and 34 of the IPC and booked the accused.
