Youth injured after being beaten-up black and blue
Nagpur: A young man who had come to eat Pan in a Pan Kiosk situated hit opposite to Hotel Heritage in Sadar area was kidnapped at knife point and was injured after being beaten-up black and blue.
According to police sources, the victim Ankit Anand Jaiswal aged 26 years went to eat Pan in a Pan Kiosk at around 11 am situated hit opposite to Hotel Heritage in Sadar area. At that moment, accused Ravi Rathod aged 24 years, his accomplice Shubham Thakur aged 22 years-old resident of Ganpathi Nagar, Godhni Road, accused Hariom Dhamdhani aged 24-years-old a resident of Tulsi Apartments, Telephone Exchange Square, accused Yash alias Bansi Chaudhari aged 38 years and a resident of Wardhaman Nagar kidnapped the victim Ankit Jaiswal at knife point and made him sit in their car.
Later on the victim was beaten-up black and blue and dropped the victim Ankit Jaiswal in a injured state on the road near District Court.
On the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim Ankit Jaiswal, the Sadar Police registered a case under sections 364, 326 and 34 of Indian Penal Code against the accused and have arrested accused Shubham Thakur and Yash alias Bansi Chaudhari.
