Nagpur News: A 19-year-old girl filed a complaint with Hudkeshwar Police Station on Friday claiming that a boy exploited her sexually between 2010 and 2013. Police said, the girl and accused Yogesh Pyarelal Machhirke, a resident of Bajrang Nagar, was in love with each other since 2010.
But, he refused to marry her when she started forcing him to get married to her. She narrated the whole incidence to her parents who then filed a report with Hudkeshwar Police for sexually exploiting her. The girl informed the cops that Yogesh used to take her his friend’s place at Tajeshwar Nagar and established physical relations with her. Cops registered an offence under Section 376 (1)(2)(h) of the IPC against Yogesh, informed PI Vasudev Wandhre.
