it has been working prominently for the upliftment of the unfortunate and the underprivileged members of the society. The institution is primarily for girls. Boys are housed only till the age of six. There are above 200 anathalay residents in the orphanage. The designing of the website is done by Somdutth Deshmukh, the copyrights and other support by Mudraksh, Pune.

BV Reddy at the venue shared his views saying, “Watching the launch video was a touching moment. To see such selfless service is heartwarming. I’m falling short of words, about the contribution towards this noble cause. While talking to Nagpur Today, he even quoted, “The website launch having created a global access as a powerful tool of communication all over the world has now bridged a gap between the needy and the philanthropic people, who were willing to contribute but dint have a suitable platform. The contribution from the committee and Geetanjali Buty is remarkable.” Being grateful to be invited he concluded saying that in future he would love to grab an opportunity to be able to contribute in such noble cause.

BC Bhartiya on the dais put forward the issue of unavailability of gas cylinders as per demand at SSA, and requested BV Reddy to address the issue.

The prime credits of the launch and the hardwork involved behind it were given to Joint Secretary Geetanjali Buty, who proudly quoted, “Mobiles aur Networking k Daur me Hamara bhi ek kadam!” Being overwhelmed with the support she added, “I am really thankful to all the staff, committee, family members and all my friends cum well wishers who have helped shoulder to shoulder throughout my journey with SSA.”

‘Grand parents are the footsteps to the future generation’, they believe. Hence the institute is working on their upcoming project ‘Uttarayan’ primarily which shall be providing a retirement home to the senior citizens (women) who are unable to stay with their families. In this way, this shall be an effort to aptly deal with today’s crying need of the elderly, who are finding it difficult to live with their families because of space, differences in value system and loneliness which leads to a sense of rejection.
