Wife booked for railway employee’s murder

Nagpur News : Thirteen days after a railway employee Herald Steven Fransva, 30, died of burns, pachpaoli found his wife, Rajni, guilty for his murder.

Herald was found in immolated condition at his Lashkaribagh residence on May 28. He succumbed to his injuries during treatment at a private hospital on June 3. Pachpaoli police had initially registered a case of an accidental death.

However, during investigations it was found that Rajni had set him ablaze. Police told that Herald’s mother, Agnes has claimed in her complaint that Rajni wanted Herald to take transfer to her maternal residence in Chindwara. Agnes claimed that Rajni would often fight with him for not taking transfer. She alleged that on May 28, Rajni set ablaze Herald after a heated argument with him.

Till late night, police were yet to arrest Rajni.
