Nagpur: A pervert-minded man sexually exploited 17-year old girl, his own relative, for months. When she protested, the accused bashed her severely and threatened to kill her if she opened her mouth. Since the accused man is relative of the girl, his identity has not been disclosed as it would automatically identify the victim.
The lewd 32-year old man first indulged in obscene acts and thrashed the girl, a resident of Kalamna area. Later, he forcibly raped her over a period for months. When the victimized girl, fed with the vulgar acts of her own relative, protested, the wicked accused threatened to kill her if she opened her mouth.
Kalamna WPSI K K Kokane, based on a complaint of the girl, has booked the accused relative under Sections 376(2)(C)(N), 354(A), 323, 506(B) of the IPC read with Sub-Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9(L), 10, 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and launched investigations into the case.
