Congress MLA Tarlochan Sund hurled shoe at Punjab minister Bikram Singh Majithia during assembly session on Wednesday.
Sund, along with other Congress members, assembled around the Speaker’s chair, demanding a debate on their no-confidence motion against the state government.
They shouted slogans against the government and tried to disrupt the day’s business.
