Nagpur: The Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) has planned a 10-hour shutdown of Gorewada ESR and GSR on May 15, 2026, from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. This shutdown is being carried out for essential maintenance work, including 450 mm × 200 mm diameter I/C work at Netaji Nagar Gorewada for charging the area.
Due to this shutdown, water supply to the following Consumer Areas (CAs) at Mangalwari Zone will be affected: Gorewada basti, Viskha Society, Nirmal Nagar, Darsana Society, Natraj Society, IQRA School, Maharana 1 and 2, Shitala Mata Mandir, Jai Durga Society, Crescent Society, Nasheman Society, Tower Line, Gorewada Babu Nagar, M.B Town, Prakash Nagar, Rathi layout, Green Field Society, Manoda Nagar, Gayatri Nagar, Baba Bagdadiya, Shree Krishna Nagar, Geeta Nagar, Adarsh Nagar, Faras Bandhu Nagar Juni Basti, Zingabai Takli, Welcome Society, Jai Durga Society, Avishkar Society, Dobhle Layout, Radha Krishna Nagar, Purushottam Super Market.
