Nagpur: Sitabuldi police booked the owner of LaHoree Delux Bar and Restaurant for endangering life of the owner of Gokul Vrundavan Restaurant, Dharampeth, on Friday.
“Sameer Sharma, owner of La Horee Delux Bar and Restaurant, allegedly threw a flower pot in the direction of Prasanna Reddy, Gokul Vrundavan Restaurant, Dharampeth, from Roof 9 Restaurant which was being operated illegally in Sadanand Building, Dharampeth.
Sharma and Sahil Motwani are owners of Roof9 Restaurant.Luckily,Reddy survived the attack,” said police. According to information, on Friday evening, Reddy arrived at his restaurant to give instructions to his staff for Saturday’s preparation. When Reddy was about to leave on his moped, suddenly, a flowerpot came crashing beside him. The flowerpot landed four feet away from Reddy’s moped which was parked in front of Gokul Vrundavan Restaurant.
Soon, staff of the restaurant rushed to help Reddy who was in a state of shock after the incident.
He then rushed to Sitabuldi Police Station and lodged a compliant against Sharma for attacking him.
Sr.PI, Sitabuldi, Hemant Kharabe informed that an offence has been registered against Sameer Sharma under Section 336 of the Indian Penal Code.
