New Delhi: Man seen brandishing a gun outside a 5-star hotel in a viral video, has been identified as Ashish Pandey, son of former BSP MP Rakesh Pandey. The incident took place on Saturday at a hotel in Delhi when Ashish allegedly got into a fight with a couple over a parking spot.
In the video, Ashish, who is in a black T-shirt and pink trousers, can be seen arguing with the couple and whipping out his pistol. Ashish can be heard using abusive language and threatening the couple even as the hotel security tries to take control of the situation.
A woman, seen with Ashish in the video, was also arguing with couple. The incident was recorded by another woman who was with Ashish Pandey.
An FIR has been filed on the complaint of the security staff of the hotel, the police said. A case under the Arms Act has been registered,’ said a senior police officer.
