Nagpur News : An unidentified murdered body of a middle aged man was found in an open area before a church at Dabha Ring Road, Jagdish Nagar on Friday morning. The deceased was found in white colour vest and blue colour pant.
Police told that the head of the body was smashed with a heavy stone and no other stab injuries were found. The blood stained stone used for the murder was also found nearby.
The incident came to light after a visitor of the church noticed the body. Nandanvan police has registered the murder case. The body was shifted for post mortem at the mortuary of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
Cops suspect the deceased to be resident of Nandanvan area and have been interrogating people to get the identity.
