Two women arrested for pushing 14-yr old girl into flesh trade

Nagpur: Ganeshpeth police have arrested two women who lured a 14-year old girl, detained her and pushed her into prostitution forcibly.

The two accused are Sonali Pradeep Ramteke (24), resident of Rai Town, Hingna, MIDC, and Priti Nilesh Gajbhiye (32) of Maya Nagar Slums, Indora. Sonali lured the 14-year old girl with money and later brought her to the house of accused Priti Gajbhiye. Both the accused with nasty designs in their mind took a room on rent near Lodhipura School in Ganeshpeth and detained the minor girl forcibly. The accused later solicited customers and pushed the kid girl into flesh trade. However, the Social Security Wing of Crime Branch got inputs about the incident and raided the room. The Cops rescued the girl and detained the two accused women.

Ganeshpeth PSI S R Gajmare, based on complaint of D S Rajurkar of Social Security Wing, booked the two accused Sonali Pradeep Ramteke and Priti Nilesh Gajbhiye under Sections 370(A), 34 of the IPC read with Sub-sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 of Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act and Sections 4, 8, 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Both the accused were placed under arrest.
