Daughter to perform last rituals
In Hindu religion, the ritual of consigning the bereaved elder to the flames is performed by either the son or any other male member of the family, but Baghel’s daughter has decided to go otherwise. Since Baghel has no son, her daughter has taken the responsibility to perform his last rites. She would accompany the funeral procession and accorded flames to his father’s pyre.
