Nagpur News : Tehsil police have arrested two men from Mominpura for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy. As per the complainant, the incident took place on Monday but came to light after the victim narrated the horrifying tale to his parents on Friday.
Accused are identified as Mohammad Sajid and Nawab Ghasita, both 34 and both residents of Saifi Nagar, Mominpura. Both have been booked under Section 377 (unnatural act), 506 (threatening) of the IPC.
According to the police, the boy, his father and both the accused belong to a village in Uttar Pradesh. They all came to city to earn money a fortnight before and would stay in a single room. Police told that the boy’s father left for UP on January 13 and since then, the boy used to stay with Saifi and Ghasita.
The boy told police that the incident took place with him on Monday night when he was asleep with Saifi and Ghasita. In the midnight, they forced him for the unnatural act and even threatened him of dire consequences if he told the incident to anybody. However, the next day, the boy called his father on cell phone and informed him about the incident.
His father immediately came to city and contacted an advocate for guidance. Later, as suggested by the lawyer, they filed a police complaint against Saifi and Ghasita. Both the accused will be produced in the district court on Saturday.
