Property dispute: Brothers attempt to kill a man by stabbing him in Jaripatka

Nagpur News: Jaripatka Police have booked two brothers on the charges of attempt to kill a 36-year old man over a property dispute.

According to police, the victim Jeewan Dnyaneshwar Zodape (36), resident of Trisharan Bouddha Vihar under the jurisdiction of Jaripatka Poilce Station, was sitting in front of his house and was talking with some friends at about 2200 hours of Thursday. At the same time, the accused persons Vilas Kature (42) and Pramod Kature (40), both residents of Nari, Jaripatka, arrived at the spot.

Vilas Kature suddenly caught hold of Jeewan and Pramod Kature stabbed Jeewan on his head and chest with a knife injuring Jeewan seriously. The bloody assault was the result of some property dispute. The Jaripatka PSI Bharsakle has booked the brothers Vilas Kature and Pramod Kature under Sections 326, 34 of the IPC and searching them.
