The learned District Judge-3 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur, on 27.04.2026, rejected two bail applications arising out of the same crime, i.e., Crime No. 306/2026 registered with Police Station Hudkeshwar, Nagpur. The case pertains to an alleged assault on an employee of SK Bar Restaurant.
One application was filed seeking anticipatory bail, while the other sought regular bail. The anticipatory bail application filed by Tanmay Kishor Dhanvijay, represented by Adv. O. K. Masurke, came to be rejected. Similarly, the regular bail application filed by Prashant Vinod Ingale, represented by Adv. Sandeep Nandeshwar, was also rejected.
