Nagpur: In a such second incident reported within a week, a recklessly driven Mahendra Bolero claimed the life of a two and half year old baby girl in Majhri, Pili Nadi under Yashodara Nagar police station on Tuesday afternoon.
The deceased has been identified as Ikra Khan Mohammad Irshad resident of Majhri near Bismilla Mosque.
As per the details, Ikra was playing outside her house, when the rashly driven Bolera (MH/31/CB/8036) knocked her down at around 4pm. The impact was so severe that Ikra died on the spot. However the accused driver had managed to flee from the spot.
Following the complaint of Mohammad Ibriz, Yashodhara Nagar police have registered a case against unidentified driver and started the investigation.
