Nagpur : Dorothea Jacqueline [Dorein] De Tombe a Dutch Methodologist and researcher at the University of Utrechet, Netherland, will deliver a talk Organised by VIA,HRD Forum on“Converting Challenges into Opprotunities” on Monday, 5th November 2012 at VIA Hall Udyog Bhawan, Civil Lines, Nagpur.
Dr.Dorein is on her 5 day visit to IMT,Nagpur Campus to deliver a series of lectures to students of various specialisation as informed by Dr.Subhash Datta,Director IMT Nagpur.
De Tombe is well known for developing the methodology COMPRAM [Complex Problem Handling Methodology ] a methodology for political decision by multidisciplinary groups of experts and stakeholdsers.
Complex Societal problems are often problems that can occur in many fields like agro industry, transporation sector, healthcare, water affairs etc. It also focusses on local safety problems like large city issue and natural disasters. Complex societal problems as such are unstructured, dynamical and constantly changing and have a large impact on society on macro and micro level.
