Nagpur: In a disgraceful act, a step-father outraged modesty of his 16-year old daughter while she was sleeping. When she protested, the accused silenced her by thrashing her severely. The pervert has been booked.
The 40-year old accused step-father, resident of Jaripatka, around midnight of 20.5.2016, indulged in obscene acts with his 16-year old daughter while she was sleeping in her room. And when the girl strongly protested the nasty acts, the accused step-father bashed her and forced her to keep quiet. Moreover, when the girl was going to school, the accused chased her and gestured in vulgar manner. The scared girl kept quiet for nearly four months but broke her silence on Wednesday (September 14) and lodged a complaint with Jaripatka police.
PSI Dongre has booked the accused step-father under Section 354(A)(D) of the IPC read with Sub-Sections 8, 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 and launched an in-depth investigation into the matter.
