Nagpur News: The all-round performance by Amay Bhoyar helped South Point Cricket Club beat Shantiniketan Club-A in an exciting match of 41st Dadasaheb Karnewar Memorial Inter-Club Cricket Tournament. The victory margin for South Point Cricket Club was just by 1 run.

South Point Cricket Club, batting first scored a gigantic score of 146 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 20 overs. Amay scored a whirlwind 48 runs with help of 8 boundaries while Rutuj Panbude contributed 32 with 4 fours. Sahil Mohammed and Keshav Anne bagged 3 and 2 wickets respectively for their Club.

Shantiniketan Club-A, in reply, almost reached the target of 147 but fell short by a run in the ecstatic match which put the fans on their toes. Amay bowled well, too, apart from scoring 48 runs. He took wickets of key Shantiniketan batsmen by giving 29 runs. Ayush Nagdevate hit 59 fighting runs which contained 7 fours but in vain.
