        4      Inauguration                    :-      Saturday 6th Oct.’2012 at 10am.      

                                                                ( After inaugration, rounds will start.)

        5      Submission  of entry                 :-      10th Sept. to 24th Sept. ’2012                             forms                                       from 9.30 a.m. to  3.30 p.m.

        6      Entry fee                          :-      Rs.525/-  Per Team 

                                                                (Including  NTCA Registration fee Rs. 25/- )

        7      Late Entry fee                  :-      Rs. 625/- ( from 25th Sept. to 28th Sept. )

Rules & Regulations

 

1.   Each team will consist of 4 players and no more reserve player. Matches will be arranged separately  for Primary and High School Team.

2.   A school can send maximum teams of girls & Boys ( Primary  & High School, Girls & Boys).

   3.    Board prizes will be given to the Primary and High School Team. 

   4.    Three team Prizes for Boys group and two team prizes for Girls group.

   5.    The Tournament would be played in Swiss League as per rules of International Chess modified in time schedule. The number of Rounds played will depend upon the no. of teams  participating.

  6.     The entries should be confirmed with Mr. Sushant Jumde , Mr. Komal Mulankar &  Miss. Pratiksha Shinde ( Sports Incharge ) – Tejswini Vidya Mandir, Nagpur between          9.30 a.m.to 3.30 p.m. from  24th Sept. 2012.

   7.    Resolution of ties :- 1) Match point 2) Game point   3) S.B

   8.    All the results will be signed by Team Captain.

   9.    In case of any dispute, any tournament hakk, pertaining to the tournament Arbiter decision shall be final and binding to all.

10. Only Coaches and Teachers from respective schools are allowed in the school premises.

   11.  Loud talk and extra session games in the hall are strictly prohibited. Coaches and           Teachers shall keep themselves away from players during matches.

12. It will be  the responsibility of the participants and the concerned School to arrange to and fro transportation at the place of tournament.

   13.  Players playing on wrong board shall be declared loser for  that round.

   14.  First 50 entries will be accepted.

   15.  Final result will be announced within an hour.
