Nagpur: In an apparent dispute over property, six members of a family stormed into the house of a young girl and thrashed her, her mother and sister. Moreover, the rampaging family smashed lock of a room and occupied it forcibly. When the victimized sisters and mother protested the nasty act, the accused threatened to kill them. The incident took place in Old Ajni area on Monday afternoon.
The complainant Puja Motilal Shahu (26), resident of Plot No. 33, Dhote Layout, Old Ajni, told police that the accused Rina Kishorilal Shahu (35), Nikhil Jagdish Shahu (37), both of New Omkar Nagar, Vikas Kishorilal Shahu (28), Deepak Kishorilal Shahu (32), Kishorilal Mahadeo Shahu (66), Rekha Kishorilal Shahu (57), all natives of Taluka Karanja, Wardha and their one accomplice Banwarilal Banode on Monday around 3.15 stormed into her house. After entering the house, the accused started beating Puja, her mother and sister severely. Moreover, the rampaging accused smashed lock of a room and occupied it forcibly. When the victimized sisters and mother protested the nasty act, the accused threatened to kill them.
Dhantoli WPSI Waghade, based on a complaint of Puja Shahu, has booked the six members of the family and other accused under Sections 143, 147, 448, 452, 323, 506 of the IPC and launched a detailed probe into the case.
