Sitabuldi shut down

Nagpur News: Nagpur’s prime commercial area Sitabuldi wore a deserted look on Sunday, with all the shopes closed and the streets nearly empty except for police presence.

Sitabuldi main road and its adjoining lanes are usually bustling with shoppers in the evening, especially during the weekends. However, the death of Shiv Sena chief Balasaheb Thackeray has led to tension in many areas, and the usually busy, crowded area was shut down and crowds prohibited due to fear of violence.
