Amid the Corona-induced pandemic, Nagpur Vidyapith Shikshan Manch has relentlessly worked in the larger interest of teachers, especially those who are on an ad hoc basis. Shikshan Manch has been sowing its ideological seeds in the budding members of Manch so they will strive to serve the society and nation. The Rank and file of the organisation should be in the furnace of the ideological cauldron with its aims and objectives. Office bearers and members of the Manch should maintain the man to man, heart to heart and door to door contact with the new people to make the organisation grow leaps and bounds, said RTMNU, Nagpur Pro -Vc Dr Sanjay Dudhe in his Inaugural Speech at the two days long residential meet of Shikshan Manch being held at Shivtirth.

‌Key-speaker Dr Prabhuji Deshpande unravelled the ideological structure of the organisation from its inception and how it shaped the narrative in educational institutes and universities. He emphasised every organisation should be modelled upon cultural nationalism and selfless service in the quest of national development as a teacher is the focal point in bringing about the inclusive development of students.

‌Dr Kalpana Pande, President Nagpur Vidyapith Shikshan Manch, in her presidential address stressed that the Shikshan Manch has proved its mettle in being a solution-oriented organisation. She proudly noted that the organisation gave seven vice-chancellors in various universities of Maharashtra. She made amply clear that as preparedness for the imminent election of Senate, management and academic council, the blueprint of the election strategy will be finalised at the two-day-long marathon meeting by taking stock of the pros and cons.

‌Dr Satish Chafle, secretary of Nagpur Vidyapith Shikshan Manch, outlined the purpose of the meet and told that in the coming days every grievance of the teaching fraternity must be its agenda to resolve with the strong base of committed rank and file of the organisation. Dr Amruta Rokde conducted the program and Dr Rokde proposed the vote of thanks.
