Nagpur: SECR Nagpur divisional railway administration has increased facilities w.e.f. December 1, 2015 for cancellation of reserved tickets and refund claimed there upon. These facilities will be available at UTS, PRS reservation counters only, and special refund counter during night hours.
One each UTs-PRS window has been provided at Itwari, Kamptee, Bhandara Road, Tumsar Road, Tiroda, Amgaon, Gondia, Rajnandgaon, Dongargarh, Balaghat and Chhindwada stations under Nagpur division.
The cancellation of tickets will be available for trains whose departure time falls within 24 hours, and refund will be made as per revised rules.
