Nagpur: In an awful incident, a youth raped a 60-year old woman when she was alone in her house situated in Dhantoli area. Incidentally, the accused rapist happens to be relative of the victimised woman. He has been arrested.
Around 2 pm on Monday (July 31), the accused Sandeep Sanju Nandanwar (20), entered the house of the aged woman forcibly when she was alone and raped her.
On the basis of the woman’s complaint, Dhantoli PSI S A Yadav booked the accused rapist Sandeep Nandanwar under Sections 376(2)(F)(M), 506(B) of the IPC read with Sub-Section 135 of Mumbai Police Act and placed him under arrest. Further investigations are underway.
