chilling smoothie! And what could be better than a healthy one? Feel the chills in summer with mouthwatering Healthy Mango Guava & Soya Smoothie, the recipe being given by a city lad Ani Ray, who believes not just having food simply savory, but maintaining its health quotient as well!
Healthy Mango Guava & Soya Smoothie:
Mango: 100 grams
Guava Juice: 100ml
Soya Milk: 100ml
Honey: 1 tbsp
Chop the mangos and blend them well in an electronic blender. Add Guava Juice, Soya Milk, Honey and again blend them all well with ice. The chilled smoothie is now ready to be served in a martini glass, with appropriate garnish.
Tip: Preferably garnish with mint leaves and cherry. It adds to the appeal of the dish.
