Nagpur News: A truck driver has been put under arrest by Koradi Police for rash driving and knocking down a twenty- one year old Activa rider to his death.
Twenty one year old Akash Chandra Shekhar Mende, a resident of KTPS Colony, Koradi, was knocked off his Activa two- wheeler (MH 31 BR 3813) by a truck (MH 09 HF 2370) driven extremely rashly by Chindwara, Madhya Pradesh- based driver Hemant Kumar Arun Lal Patel (35). A severely injured Akash was rushed to Mayo Hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment, and was declared dead by the doctor.

Koradi Police have arrested driver Patel, and filed a case against him under Sections 379, 337, 338, 427 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
