Raj Thackeray arrives in city; receives floral welcome

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) supremo Raj Thackeray, as part of his Vidarbha tour, arrived in city on Friday at around 12.30 pm at Dr Babasahheb Ambedkar International Airport. A huge crowd gathered at airport to welcome the leader of ‘Marathi Manus’. Hemant Gadkari, Kishor Saraykar, Praveen Barde and many bigwigs were present to welcome Raj Thackeray. Youths all over the city formed groups and reached airport to welcome Raj.

After reaching airport, Raj headed towards Ravi Bhavan where he will rest and then leave for Chandrapur to address his partymen from Chandrapur and Gadchiroli on March 16.

On March 17, he will address partymen from Wani and will meet party workers of Hinganghat in the afternoon and return to Nagpur. He will meet party leaders at Bhandara and Gondia on March 18 and discuss the progress and working of MNS in the region. On March19, he will return to Nagpur and will have meeting of party leaders.

On March 20, he leave for Yavatmal and held a discussion with partymen of Yavatmal and Washim. Soon after, he will attend a meet of partymen from Buldhana and Akola.

On March 24, he will address a public gathering at Amravati. On March 25, he will return to Nagpur and leave for Mumbai, informed hemant Gadkari, former MNS Vidarbha chief.
