Premium trains to run via Nagpur to ease Diwali rush on Yashwant-Jainagar route

Nagpur.

Four premium trains will run through Nagpur during upcoming Diwali festival to ease out extra rush of passengers and piling up waiting lists. The pair of trains will run on Yashwantpur-Jainagar route and have its routine halt at Nagpur.

02697 Yashwantpur – Jainagar weekly premium superfast train will commence from Yashwantpur on two days – October 21 and October 28 at 8.45 pm and reach Jainagar on third day at 11.30 pm.

These two Jainagar bound trains will reach Nagpur every Wednesday, on October 22 and October 27, at 8.55 pm and depart at 9.05 pm.

Similarly,  02698 Jainagar – Yashwantpur weekly premium superfast special train will commence from Jainagar on October 24 and October 31, at 8.30 am and reach Yashwantnagar on third day at 12.00 pm.

These two Yashwantnagar bound trains will reach Nagpur every Saturday, on October 25 and November 1, 2014 at 1 pm and depart at 1.10 pm.

Besides Nagpur, these trains will also have its halt at Vijaywada, Jabalpur, Patna and Darbhanga.

These trains have 21 coaches, of which one coach is AC second class, 2 coaches of AC three tier, 15 sleeper coaches, one pantry car and 2 SLR coaches.

The railway PR department has appealed to the passengers to avail the benefit of travelling through these trains.
