In yet another murderous assault that took place under Yashodhara Nagar police station, a youth was severely injured and accused have been booked by the cops.
The booked persons have been identified as Abrar Ansari (27), Jaibunisha Ansari (50), Abdul Salam (60), Mobin Ansari (35), Subi (22), Afroz (30), and Imtiaz (30), all residents of Pande Wasti. Sources said the accused cornered the youth Mohd Mirajuddin Kamruddin Siddiqui (25) on October 8 over some monetary issue. The accused attacked Mirajuddin with some share-edged weapon and injured him seriously. The injured has been admitted to Meditrina Hospital where he is undergoing treatment.
On the basis of the statement given by Mirajuddin, is a resident of Mehbubpura, Tipu Sultan Square, Yashodhara Nagar police have registered an offence under Sections 326, 323, 143, 147, and 149 of the IPC and booked the accused.
