Praful Patel expressed surprise at not being officially invited for the meet.
While speaking to the media in a city hotel he said that he was the only representative from Vidarbha in Union government and still he has been kept out of all preparations for the project. He said not only his name but Dy C.M. Pawar’s name has not been put on the invitation. Pawar is not only the deputy chief minister but also has two important ministry under his charge. He added ” In such scenario it is untenable for me to attend the meet.”

He also added that he did not even has any knowledge about the agenda of ‘Advantage Vidarbha” or what would be his role in the programme. Patel anger clearly shows that congress alone wants to take advantage of advantage vidarbha keeping NCP aside. The names and the photos of two NCP bigwigs has not appeared in the advertisements that were released recently.
