A PIL has been filed in the Supreme Court demanding an apex court-monitored prove into the Hathras case.
The plea also seeks immediate dismissal of police and medical officers accused of laxity.
In addition, the petitioner Sushma Maurya has urged the SC to issue guidelines to ensure that family members of a victim are not made to suffer as has been the case in Hathras.
