Nagpur: Bollywood singer Angarag Mahanta, popularly known as ‘Papon’ is all set to perform at CP Club in the city tonight. Papon is rocking the waves these days with his hit like ‘Moh moh ke dhaage’, ‘Bulleya’ ‘Kyun’ and ‘Jiyein Kyu’.
After successfully completing five enigmatic seasons, Royal Stag Barrel Select MTV Unplugged is back with Season 6 to take music entertainment a notch higher. The musical extravaganza that’s touring multiple cities in India has now come to Nagpur.
The programme showcases the country’s greatest musical maestros performing their chart topping numbers live with acoustic arrangements of music.
The opening concert of Royal Stag Barrel Select MTV Unplugged Season 6 in Nagpur will witness a magnetic and magical performance by Papon. With music in his DNA, Papon is known for the unique texture of his voice and how he skillfully encapsulates music from folk to rock.
While talking to ‘Nagpur Today’ Papon said that he enjoys performing live, as it connects the audience with him. He also said that the nature inspires him for his music.
Expressing his excitement about the coming performance, Papon said, “It is indeed a great opportunity to perform at Royal Stag Barrel Select MTV Unplugged for me. It’s a perfect platform for us artists to showcase our creativity.”
