Nagpur News : From April 10, 2014 to June 7, 2014 accused 1) Laxmibai Wakde,42, a resident of, Lumbini nagar, Nagpur 2) Sunita Karihar, 45, a resident of, Martin Nagar, Nagpur 3) Vandana Khan Pathan, a resident of, Rajeev Nagar, Nagpur lured away 20 year old daughter of complainant to Rajkot, Gujarat with promise of getting her married.
It is alleged that accused no. 1 impersonated as mother of complainant’s daughter and married her off to Paresh Rathod on April 24, 2014. But she also charged hefty money for arranging the girl from Paresh.
On the report of the complainant, police sub-inspector, Urale of Jaripatka police station has registered offence under sections 366, 419 and 34 of IPC.
