NMC confirms 2- day water cuts in November

Nagpur News: The waterworks department of Nagpur Municipal Corporation and Orange City water on Wednesday confirmed the imminent stoppage of water supply in parts of the city for repairs. Water supply will be stopped I different parts of the city on the 1st and 2nd of November.

Onkar Nagar and Mhalvi Nagar will not receive their daily supply of water from the corporation on Thursday, November 1 2012, due to long- due repair of a 500mm valve and a 600mm valve that day. Similarly, residents of Nandanvan, Sakkardara and Tajbagh (Dighori) won’t be receiving their evening supply of water on Friday, November 2 2012, due to repair of a 900mm valve in the Kanhan pumping main line that day.

NMC and Orange City Water have apologised for the inconvenience and requested Nagpurians to cooperate.
