Nagpur/Raipur – Passengers traveling in a private bus from Nagpur to Raipur fell victim to an armed robbery. As soon as the bus left Nagpur, unidentified assailants brandished firearms and carried out the crime, targeting mostly workers returning home.
According to reports, the Jagirdar Travels private bus operates between Nagpur and Bilaspur, Madhya Pradesh. On Monday morning around 11 AM, the bus departed for Bilaspur with several passengers on board.

Within a few hours of leaving Nagpur, four masked men intercepted the bus, forcibly boarded it, and carried out the robbery. Most of the victims were migrant workers employed in Hyderabad. The armed robbers not only looted cash and valuables but also physically assaulted some passengers.
Police Investigation Underway
The shocking incident occurred on Monday night in Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh. The robbed passengers have lodged a complaint with the local police, and an investigation is currently underway.
