House breaking

Between May 10 2014 to May 13 an incidence of house breaking occurred at the house of Mohd Javed Akhtar Sheikh Jamman, 48, a resident of, plot no. 13, Ramsumer Baba Nagar, Kawra peth, Nagpur.

The complainant Mohd Javed had left Nagpur and had gone to Pune for a marriage along with his family. Taking advantage of the situation some unknown persons broke into his house and stole silver and gold ornaments and cash collectively valued at Rs 1,25,000/- . On the report of the complainant,    Lakadganj police have registered offence under sections 454, 457, 380 of IPC. Police sub-inspector, Wankhede is investigating into the matter.

In yet another incident of house breaking on May 13 2014, at around 10-15 to 11, Pallavi Pankaj Shende, 29, a resident of Sumantara Apartment, under jurisdiction of Sonegaon police station had gone to the nearby community ground. At that time a thief broke open the latch and entering the house stole ornaments of silver and gold and cash collectively valued at Rs 3,72,500/  On the report of the complainant    police have registered offence under sections 454,380 of IPC. Police sub-inspector, Meshram is investigating into the matter.

Mangalsutra stolen

In third, incident of crime that occurred in the jurisdiction of Sakkardara police station. On May 13 at 1300 hours, the complainant, Pratibha Ashokrao Pantavne, 46, a resident of, Siraspeth, near Lokanchi Shala, Nagpur had gone for a marriage function at Mahatma Fule Sabhagruh, Awari Chowk. While she was having her lunch some person stole a traditional golden chain (mangalsutra), valued at Rs 50,000/- from her. On the report of the complainant    police have registered offence under sections 379. Police sub-inspector, Naitam is investigating into the matter.

Man jumps to death

One Ramesh Ratsumer Singh, 45, a resident of, Chhoti Jaini, Varanasi (UP) had come to Nagpur for treatment. On May 13, he jumped from the roof of his relative and was injured. When he was brought to Orange City Hospital for treatment he was announced brought dead. On the information of Mamta Ramesh Singh, 40, police sub-inspector, Parchake of Jaripatka police station has registered a case of accidental death.
