नागपूरच्या रस्त्यांवर खड्ड्यांचे साम्राज्य; अवस्थी नगर चौकातील दुरवस्थेकडे प्रशासनाचे दुर्लक्ष?

Nagpur: Nagpur’s road conditions have once again raised the question of whether there are roads with potholes or potholes where roads should be. The condition of the road in front of Haldiram and NL Villa at Awasthi Nagar Chowk has brought the issue of road maintenance in the city into focus. Deep potholes have formed at several points along the road, causing considerable inconvenience to motorists who use the route every day.

The road in the Awasthi Nagar Chowk area is an important link to parts beyond the Mankapur Ring Road. As a result, it sees heavy traffic throughout the day. Residents are unhappy that such an important route has been allowed to deteriorate, and they say the situation has not improved despite repeated complaints.

The potholes force motorists to remain constantly alert while travelling. Attempts to avoid them could cause vehicles to lose balance and lead to accidents. The route may be particularly dangerous for two-wheeler riders. The condition has also raised the question of how citizens are expected to reach their destinations on time.

If work on the entire road will take time, residents are asking whether the potholes cannot at least be filled immediately. They are demanding that the administration carry out urgent patchwork and make the road safe for traffic, so that people do not have to endure daily hardship while waiting for major repairs.

Residents are now watching to see whether the concerned administration will take note of the problem or whether they will have to continue navigating the pothole-ridden road for some more time.
