Nagpur News : Lakadganj police has registered a murder case in the case of accidental death of Harshad Hatwar of Chandrapur, who was found dead at Madhuban Girnar Lodge, Nehru Putla Square on December 31st.
Hatwar, 32-year-old, was found dead at his room no. 203 of the lodge. Lodge owner SureshChandra Jain, a resident of Itwari had informed police and on initial investigation, a case of an accidental death was registered. Jain told police that Hatwar had checked-in into the lodge on December 29. His body was found on December 31st morning when he didn’t respond to the cleaner of the lodge.
Police told that the post mortem report revealed that Hatwar was strangulated to death. Police has now booked a murder case against an unidentified accused. Hatwar’s parents have been informed but they claimed that Hatwar never had any dispute. Cops informed that the deceased was jobless and had been to city to meet a friend.
