Mulak’s poll campaign gains momentum, BJP workers from Kamptee areas join Congress

IMG-20141004-WA0043Nagpur: Taking the election campaign to feverish pitch, the Congress candidate Rajendra Mulak assured the people that he will carry out development work not as MLA but as Government’s servant. An MLA is people’s representative and he has the responsibility to spend Government’s fund in constituency in an appropriate manner, asserted Mulak while touring Kamptee rural areas. Mulak is in Assembly election fray from Kamptee constituency.

Mulak toured Bidgaon, Mothi Tarodi, Pandhurna, Khedi, Parsodi, Temsana, Kusumbi, Pandharkawda, Adka, Kem, Nimba, Chikhli, Shioni, Jharap, Selu, Yekardi, Umri, Bhugaon, Vadoda villages in Kamptee constituency and took out house-to house ‘Padayatra’. He directly interacted with people and promised resolve their problems. A large number of BJP supporters from Pandharkawda and Adka joined Congress in presence of Mulak.

IMG-20141004-WA0020Addressing public meetings, Mulak said he carried out development works worth Rs 2000 crore in Umred constituency. Similar development works will be undertaken in Kamptee constituency as well. However, Mulak said, development is not the only responsibility of an MLA. He should also be part of people at good as well as bad times. People must feel their MLA is with them, said Mulak. Growing support for Mulak was witnessed when hundreds of supporters of Dadarao Thakre and Nandu Raut from Pandharkawda and Adka respectively left BJP and joined Congress in presence of Mulak.  Similarly, Bidgaon Samajik Samata Sangh’s Ramesh Bhivgade and Vinayak Jamgade declared their support to Mulak.

Those who accompanied Mulak include Purshottam Shahane Patil, Ramesh Bhoyar, Nana Mandhlik, Shivpal Kature, Manohar Korde, Pramod Kature, Manik Tetmale, Manohar Mohod, Asuraj Kadu, Bhagwat Wagh, Baban Khule, Manoj Kuthe, Ramesh Raut, Rangrao Bhoyar, Chhatrapal Karadbhajne, Sambhaji Gawande, Vinod Dabre, Fulchand Ambilduke, Bhaskar Meher, Pralhad Khedkar, Sachin Gharad, Punjaram Kokate, Kawdu Gadekar, Gajanan Markam, Pramod Masurkar, Rekha Raghorte, leaders of Congress and alliance parties, office bearers and workers.
