Nagpur: MM Rabbani High School Kamptee emerged champion in the divisional level Under-17 inter school football tournament. In the final encounter, MM Rabbani defeated Montfort School 2-0.
The tournament was organised by Chandrapur District Sports Office recently in Ballarpur.
With this win, MM Rabbani High School team also qualified for the State level inter school football tournament.
MM Rabbani High School will now represent Nagpur division in the state-level football tournament, which is scheduled to be organised from September 24 in Kolhapur.
SN Chaudhary has been made the coach of Rabbani team which is performing well under the able guidance of Abdul Sattar Asnari and principal Dr Naseem Akhtar. Ateek-ur-Rehman is the manager of the team.
