Nagpur: Vehicle owners in Nagpur City on Sunday faced hardship as petrol and diesel were not available at many outlets. Out of the total 100 fuel stations within the city limits, there was shortage of diesel at more than 20 outlets which gave tough time to the consumers.

According to one of the petrol pump owners, the shortage was attributed to restricted fuel supply by the oil marketing companies. The companies are not supplying fuel as per the requirement saying that they suffered financial loss due to the recent Excise Duty cut, he said.
