    FraudNagpur News.

Jaripatka police have booked a man on the charges of cheating by way of selling a plot of land to two persons.
According to police, the complainant Prashant Ashok Kumar Jaggyasi (35), resident of Bank Colony near Punshi Hospital negotiated an agreement with the accused Vishal Deshraj, also resident of Bank Colony, for purchase of three plots of land numbering 21, 22, and 23. The accused Vishal Deshraj made the Registry of plot number 21 and 22 in accordance with the agreement. Thereafter, both Jaggyasi and Deshraj agreed on June 17, 2013 to make Registry of plot number 23 three months later. However, the accused Deshraj failed to make Registry of plot number 23 even after three months.
Meanwhile, Deshraj sold the plot number 23 to Kishan Ganwani and also made Registry in his name. However, Ganwani was knowing that the plot number 23 was sold to Jaggyasi by the accused Deshraj even then he negotiated a deal with Deshraj and, in a way, become an accused. Jaripatka police have registered offences against both Deshraj and Ganwani under Sections 420, 34 of the IPC. Further probe is being carried out by Assistant Police Inspector Kale.
