Nagpur: A man kidnapped a 16-year old girl by luring her with relishing snacks and then raped her repeatedly for many days. The accused also doled out life threats to the girl if narrated the incident to anyone. Cops have booked the accused kidnapper and rapist.
According to police, the accused Samundar Ingole, resident of Jaripatka area, first lured the 16-year old girl with “Gupchup” (Paani Puri) and other relishing snacks and then kidnapped her. The accused Samundar Ingole took the girl to an unidentified place and then raped her repeatedly from 13.11.14 to 21.11.14. The girl was also warned of dire consequences if she narrated the incident to anyone. However, the girl spilled the heinous incident to her parents who, on Wednesday, lodged a complaint with Jaripatka Police Station.
Jaripatka PSI Hanwate booked the accused Samundar Ingole under Sections 363, 376 of the IPC and Sub-Sections 4, 9, 10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and probing the matter further.
