Nagpur: Two minor boys have reportedly been kidnapped from different areas of the city. Cops have launched a search to trace the two boys and the kidnappers.
In the first incident, the 14-year old Viraj, son of Subhash Pralhad Kamble (45), resident of Somalwada Old Colony, Wardha Road, Nagpur, left home around 5 pm on Tuesday for playing football. However, Viraj did not return home till date. Subhash searched all possible places to trace the missing Viraj but failed. Finally he lodged a complaint with Sonegaon Police Station in this connection.
Sonegaon API Dayma, following the Supreme Court directives that if any minor girl or boy goes missing then the case should be treated as that of kidnapping, registered an offence under Section 363 of the IPC and has launched massive hunt to trace the 14-year old Viraj.
In another incident, Vishal Nandlal Bisen (10), resident of Plot No. 113, Bhagat Nagar, Kalamna, Nagpur, was lured by unidentified person(s) and taken away from near his home.
Kalamna API Thakre, based on a complaint lodged by Nandlal Dolichand Bisen, has registered an offence of kidnapping against the unidentified accused and is searching the 10-year old Vishal.
