He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.

Preliminary investigation suggests that Kore had been under mental stress following a failed relationship. Police sources said he had been in a relationship with a young woman who reportedly rejected him a few months ago, which had left him emotionally disturbed.

Family members had reportedly tried to counsel him, but he remained upset. He had come to Nagpur a few days before the incident and was staying at the hotel. Sources said he was also attempting to locate the woman during his stay in the city.

Police said that on the night before the incident, Kore had dinner and later returned to his room. When he did not emerge the following morning, hotel staff alerted authorities.

Sitabuldi Police Station has registered a case of accidental death and initiated further investigation to ascertain the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.

Student dies by suicide after failing exams in Hudkeshwar

An 18-year-old student allegedly died by suicide after failing his first-year BCA examinations in the Hudkeshwar area of Nagpur, police said.

The deceased has been identified as Arsh Naresh Bante (18), a resident of Mangaldham Society in Ladikar Layout.

According to police, the incident came to light around 9.30 am on Sunday when Arsh’s family discovered him hanging inside his room.

Preliminary investigation revealed that Arsh had recently enrolled in a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) course but was reportedly distressed after failing his first semester examinations.

On Saturday night, he had dinner with his family and later went to his room. When he did not wake up or respond the next morning, his mother tried to call him several times but received no reply. She then informed his father, and the family eventually broke open the door, where they found him hanging from the ceiling fan with a bedsheet.

He was immediately taken to Government Medical College and Hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

Hudkeshwar Police Station has registered a case of accidental death.

During the investigation, police recovered a note addressed to his mother in which the student reportedly wrote, “Forgive me, Mom; your son is good for nothing.” Officials also found that Arsh had spoken to a friend around 1.30 am and had shared his anxiety and stress about failing the examinations.

Police believe he took the extreme step shortly after the call. Further investigation into the incident is underway.
