Man duped by own family; brother, nephew booked

Nagpur: A man was duped by his own family and his property was pocketed by them under the jurisdiction of Sonegaon police station. The fraud took place before July 15, 2014.

According to reports, a plot Khasra No. 60, Mouja Khamla, 0.24 Hector property in Sahakar Nagar as owned jointly by Chakoba Hadke and his brother Sitaram Dharma Hadke. Earlier to July 15 this year, the accused Sitaram Hadke, Rajesh Sitaram Hadke, Chandrakant Nekashankar Hadke and others convinced Chakoba to procure property documents from the housing society and acquired a No Objection certificate from him. They then forged Chakoba’s signature on property papers and sold the aforementioned property.

On the basis of Chakoba’s son Sunil Hadke (45), Sonegaon police have registered an offence under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 34 of the IPC and booked the accused.
