Man attacked by three men over trivial issue

Nagpur News : Three persons of a family were booked for injuring another man over some trivial issue under the jurisdiction of Nandanvan Police Station.

The complainant Shivcharan Bhaulal Dhawre (35) is a resident near Vithoba Mandir, Wathoda. Shivcharan and his wife put up a stall of fish selling on the footpath at Jagnade Square, near Fish Market. On Wednesday, the accused Motiram Bharaskar, a resident of Nandanvan slums, Ashok Bharaskar and Ramesh Bharaskar asked Shivcharan why he put up his stall near their shop. Heated exchanged and the accused attacked Shivcharan with stone, rod and a knife used to cut the fish. Shivcharan sustained grievous injuries and was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital for treatment.

Nandanvan police reached the spot after someone informed them. They investigated the scene after preliminary investigations booked the accused and registered an offence under Sections 326 and 34 of the IPC.
