Mumbai: The Governor of Maharashtra CH. Vidyasagar Rao presented the V Shantaram Lifetime Achievement Award to Veteran Film-Maker Shyam Benegal at the concluding function of the 15th Mumbai International Film Festival for Documentary, Short and Animation Films in Mumbai on Saturday (3rd Feb).
Maharashtra’s Minister of Culture and Education Vinod Tawde, Former Sheriff of Mumbai Kiran Shantaram and Director of Films Division Manish Desai were present.
